Sewage Leaking Into Wall Cavity, Milton ON

The homeowner had recently purchased the home, but later noticed a wet wall. Upon further investigation, they learned that the seller had upgraded the washroom and installed a toilet paper holder, mounting the screw directly into the sewage waste pipe from upstairs. Sewage had been leaking into the wall cavity for months before they called us.

We performed the cleanup operation using appropriate precautions to limit the spread of germs and bacteria from the sewage.
